In November 2022, Bellyfuls Eatery opened its doors to the Hot Springs, SD community. Our mission at Bellyfuls is to serve the community by providing fresh, made-from-scratch meals at an affordable price. We believe in using the highest quality ingredients and supporting local businesses whenever possible. Meet Angela – Mom, Chef, and Restaurant Owner

Angela’s love of cooking started at the young age of five, watching her grandmother cook for her grandfather. Just like in a 1950’s sitcom, she can remember her grandmother, dressed to the nines, cooking for the family; swatting her grandfather’s hand away as he tried to sneak a taste. Sometimes he would grab her grandmother & they would dance together in the kitchen. These idyllic times taught her that food is love.

Angela went on to become a mother and took on other jobs, but she never lost her passion for food or her goal of one day opening her own restaurant. Wanting to show her children that it is never too late to accomplish their dreams, Angela started her culinary education at the age of 32 by attending the La Cordon Bleu Culinary School.

Now, Angela is excited to introduce the Bellyfuls Eatery, proving that anything is possible with a strong work ethic and passion for what you do.
